Roast profiles
When moving to a Loring, some work will need to be done to recreate the roast profiles and match (or improve) the flavours of the coffees. Using our Loring roaster, we can create new profiles and provide the files, ready to be uploaded.
Contract roasting
Over recent years, there has been an extremely high demand for Loring roasters, which has caused the lead-time to extend. For customers that are anxious to get going – whether it be due to quality concerns, capacity, or ongoing breakdown expense – we offer short-term contract roasting.
Training
This might be a short, introductory course to assist with the transition to a Loring, or more in-depth training on the machine itself and/or Roast Architect.
We work with companies that have purchased or ordered a Loring and require roasting or transition support.
Pricing and timeframe
We have worked with numerous coffee roasters to assist them with the transition to a Loring roaster and have found that each company requires different support. Because of this, the above services are quoted on a case-by-case basis.
